陈景文,1967年8月生,1990年7月大学毕业,获化学专业理学学士学位;1998年4月获中南大学分析化学专业理学硕士学位;2005年5月获南京大学无机化学专业理学博士学位。1999年1月进盐城工学院化工系工作,2002年被聘为盐城工学院校内副教授,2006年被聘为中南大学、江苏大学、常州大学兼职硕士研究生导师,2008年入选“江苏省普通高等学校青蓝工程中青年学术带头人”培养人选,同年被聘为盐城工学院校内教授,2010年晋升为教授。2006—2017年任盐城工学院分析测试中心主任,2012年9月—2016年9月任盐城市机械学会理化分会副主任。一直从事应用化学专业的教学及科研工作,主要研究方向为功能化合物的设计、合成及其应用基础研究;光谱分析。曾完成江苏省自然科学基金项目两项;江苏省高校自然科学研究计划项目两项;第三十九批中国博士后科学基金资助项目一项;江苏省分析标准研究课题一项;江苏省新型环保重点实验室及滩涂生物资源与环境保护重点建设实验室开放基金项目各一项;完成校企合作项目五项,在研一项;作为主要成员参与教育部博士点基金新教师项目“金属配合物的抗肿瘤活性及其作用机理研究”(No.20070284065)和国家自然科学基金面上项目“新型低毒性铂类抗癌药物的理性设计和作用机制”(No.30870554)的研究工作。研究成果曾先后两次获盐城市科技进步二等奖,在中、外文学术期刊上发表论文38篇,其中SCI论文32篇,他引次数近千次。从本实验室已毕业硕士研究生包括吴升德、肖建波、谭晓燕、马康、雷康、丁继华、袁莉弟、徐宝莲等共14名,现已在教育、科学研究、产品开发、质量控制、管理等领域发挥着中坚作用,目前在读硕士研究生2名。

Research Interests

1.Design and synthesis of new metal complexes as metalloenzyme models, enzyme inhibitors, as well as their action mechanism and biotoxicology research;

2.Design and preparation of new metal antitumor drugs and study on their action mechanism;

3.Development ofsyntheticreceptors for the selective detection of analytes in complex solutions, and colorimetric and fluorimetric chemosensors for sensing biologically- and environmentally-important species, fluorescent switches, and the study of the underlying photophysical and photochemical signaling as well as recognition processes.
